Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms, although exquisitely decorated in Venetian style, had a slight musty smell. The service was attentive and helpful, except for a negative experience with the air conditioning issue. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful setting yet close access to all the main attractions. The dining experience, set in a beautiful palatial dining room, was a highlight with a wide selection of delicious meals.
The junior suite, although a bit worn, was charming, but didn't match the advertised photos. Sadly, there was no table in the room. The hotel has a great team that takes priority in answering calls right in front of you, always providing friendly and helpful service. They even offered maps for every need and gave excellent dining recommendations. The location is superb, nestled between Rialto and San Marco, making it easy to access major sites via vaporetto. While not in the bustling center, it's close enough to walk comfortably to main attractions. The dining experience, particularly breakfast, was good, but considering the rates, it could be better. The hotel's facilities are up to par, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay.
Staying at Palazzo Paruta was an enchanting experience. The period rooms are magnificent and well-appointed, featuring handy amenities like a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. However, the tea service could use some improvement as it involves self-servicing from an urn with limescale powder residue. The breakfast and cakes are repetitive, but the overall ambiance is delightful.
A lovely retreat close to major attractions yet tucked away in a quiet location. Great service and plush decor, though some may find the lack of evening entertainment in the dark piazza a drawback.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and disappointments. While the room was extremely small and not as updated as expected, the service was outstanding, going above and beyond to make my experience special. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action but in a quiet square, and the dining experience exceeded my expectations with excellent quality. However, the facilities were lacking in some aspects.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The charming and beautifully decorated rooms were simply perfect, especially with the jacuzzi and the massive 75-inch TV we upgraded to upon arrival. The service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch, from assisting us from the Vaporetto stop to booking restaurants and transfers. The location was wonderful, just a few minutes' walk from the main canal, though slightly out of the center for first-time visitors. The dining experience was fabulous, making every morning a joyful start. The facilities were excellent, offering everything we needed during our stay.
